Quick Note: We want to be clear that at Pretty Privilege Society, we do Not offer size exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, we are happy to provide a replacement or a refund.

Pretty Privilege Society is a new and small business operating on a made-to-order model, meaning we don't keep any inventory. Instead, we collaborate with production partners to create items as needed.
When you place an order with us, we in turn place an order with our suppliers to produce your items. This approach helps us keep costs low while maintaining high quality.
With that said, Pretty Privilege Society want to ensure quality. You can expect to receive your ordered item as quickly as possible and without any defects. If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll happily offer you a replacement or a refund.
Due to our on-demand production system, Pretty Privilege Society reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges for other reasons. As a small business, we truly appreciate your support and understanding.

Refund Eligibility
If your item arrives damaged or has a print defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund. Please read all size guides carefully before ordering, as we do not accommodate size exchanges or refunds due to buyer's remorse.
Please Note
Due to our on-demand production system, refunds or exchanges for other reasons are unfortunately not permitted. We greatly appreciate your understanding as a small business.

Claim Submission
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Return Process
1. Contact Us: Before returning any products, please contact us at info@pretty-privilege-society.com
2. Return Address: The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns. Additionally, they should identify the appropriate Printful facility for returns based on their location.

Important Information for EU Customers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU regarding consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:
1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
As such, Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
